“The event today was very informative. It made me think about things such as passwords and the need/want for a password protection program. There is the need, but I keep putting off until tomorrow what I can’t put off until the next day.”
“There seem to be so many ways one can be hacked that it now scares me senseless! Thank you, KnowledgeWise for your time and patience.”
“Thank you for a very informative session on cyber safety. You presented a somewhat dry subject in a very engaging, eye-opening and empowering way. Both of us stayed engaged and very interested throughout the whole session and still revisit some of your points several weeks later.”
“The information we learned was invaluable to myself and my family. We learned about on-line dangers and how to avoid them. We are so grateful for this knowledge and hope that all seniors can receive the same information!”

In general, you should only trust emails from people you know and trust. Emails that ask for money or personal information may be from scammers trying to either take your money or commit identity theft. If you are unsure whether an email is a scam or not, it is safer to delete the email. For more information about phishing emails, check out our tip sheet here.
